We are a student-run, non-profit organization based in San Diego aiming to offer assistance to our local communities in the ongoing fight against the spread of communicable diseases, as well as to express gratitude to those involved in creating a healthier community based around security and happiness. Healthy individuals make up a healthy community. We see value in cultivating meaningful connections among individuals to create a healthier community plentiful in opportunities to nourish life; the hope is to help individuals grow as a seedling would when provided the necessary sources of subsistence. In essence, a community is a garden in need of sufficient forms of nourishment to grow beautifully. Through fundraising, education, and awareness, the Gladiolus Project aims to reach a level of prosperity where individuals in a community can thrive and have wider access to health opportunities in order to help individuals reach their fullest potential in living a happy, healthy life. ​
